Restaurant Manager & Estate Sommelier
Josephine Gutentoft, Restaurant Manager and Estate Sommelier, hails from Sweden.
As a Sommelier, the love of wine has taken her to wine regions all over the world. She has worked a Sommelier in various restaurants in Sweden, including Michelin star winning 28+ as well as smaller wine bars.
Having worked harvest in Australia and France, Josephine furthered her expertise in South Africa working in the wine region in and around Stellenbosch.
During this time she met her now husband who is American and made the move to Sonoma County.
Josephine’s international background will be a huge asset to The Restaurant as we continue to expand our wine list to include a more diverse selection of International wines.Read more about Josaphine here:
