Wine Shipping Policy
We’re honored that you have chosen Russian River Vineyards for your wine needs and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to help prior to shipment, however, please note that due to the nature of our product all sales are final.
Damaged Items:
By law, Russian River Vineyards cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages with the exception of a corked or flawed wine, or if unordered wine is received as a result of a shipping error. We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We will ask that you either return the defective items or send in a photograph detailing the defects.

Weather Shipping Advisory:
Wine is a perishable item, and extreme heat or cold can adversely affect it during transit – either via its route or at your destination. We monitor the weather daily, and are more than happy to hold your shipments until it is safe to ship. During excessively hot or cold times of the year, your shipment may be held to ensure it does not spend extra time in transit subject to extreme temperatures. Terms and Conditions:

You must be 21 years or older to order and receive wine, and a signature will be required.

We strongly recommend delivery of wine shipments to a business or UPS Store, as opposed to a home address to ensure delivery on the first attempt.

​We are not allowed to ship to a P.O. Box.
Returned Shipments:
UPS will make 3 consecutive delivery attempts (generally on consecutive business days). If your shipment is returned, the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a re-shipment fee will apply.​ Additionally, when a refund is requested for a returned package, only the contents of the package are refunded. The original shipping fees are not included unless the package was returned due to an error or damaged.

Wine Club Shipments:
Our Wine Club Members enjoy quarterly winery only exclusive winemaker selections in January, April, July, and October. Members will receive an email two weeks prior to the automated processing date. This will have pre-selected wines, pricing, and important dates. Members will have two weeks to make selections, customize their order, and editing their personal information through their online account. They will receive a second reminder email a week after the intial Wine Club Announcement. If no changes are made, the standard selections will processed to your credit card on file. Wines will begin shipments as fast as our team can go, and you should receive an email with tracking as soon as the shipment has left.

Managing Your Club Deliveries:
As soon as the package leaves our winery, we have very limited control of what we can do and have no control on choosing specific days and times for delivery. If there is any important information that we should know about, please reach immediately after placing your order over email and we are more than happy to hold your shipments until you are home .

UPS My Choice:
We encourage our Club Members to enroll in UPS My Choice! This is a service that allows you to receive delivery alerts as well as reroute your packages to another address, or have your package held for a future delivery date.
