Russian River Vineyards is a family-owned winery nestled in the heart of Sonoma County’s renowned Russian River Valley wine region. Just an hour and a half from San Francisco International Airport and a quick 15-minute drive from both Santa Rosa Airport and the Russian River, our estate offers a prime location for your special day. Spanning 12 acres, the property features our historic Hop Kiln, estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards, breathtaking sunset views, and majestic redwood trees that have stood for centuries. At Russian River Vineyards, your wedding will be surrounded by the natural beauty and timeless charm of our estate. Imagine exchanging vows beneath the oak tree, with the sun setting over rolling vineyards as the perfect backdrop. From intimate ceremonies to grand celebrations, our historic venue offers a truly unforgettable setting, blending rustic elegance with the tranquility of wine country. WHAT’S INCLUDED

Celebrate with friends and family over a glass of wine and with a gorgeous view of our vineyards.

- Capacity for up to 150 guests
- 5 hour event from 5:00 -10:00 PM
- Up to 100 Fruitwood folding chairs with tan pads
- 72″ round tables that seat up to 10 guests
- RRV staff to set up chairs and tables
- Use of all event spaces; Vineyard Oak Tree for the ceremony, Lower Crush Pad for cocktail hour, Redwood Grove or Farmhouse Patio for dinner, Hop Kiln for dancing
- Market lighting in the Hop Kiln and around outdoor spaces
- Ample parking and room for shuttles of any size to drop off and pick up guests
- Use of bridal suite for getting ready and storing personal items until the next day
- 3 hour engagement photoshoot in the vineyards (April – October)
- Access to the venue the day before your event is available after 3pm for deliveries and rehearsal (2 hours maximum)
- On site event captain
- Complimentary wedding wine tasting for up to 4 guests
- ADA parking

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

SITE FEES

Saturdays and Holiday Weekend: $17,500
Fridays and Sundays: $7,500
Micro Weddings (20-40 guests): inquire for special pricing
50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the date
Remainder of the site fee is due one month prior to the wedding

BEVERAGES

At Russian River Vineyards, beverages for events are limited to wine, champagne, beer, and non-alcoholic options. All wine and beer must be purchased directly from Russian River Vineyards to ensure we showcase our estate products and support local offerings. We do not permit the serving of spirits. We do not charge corkage fees for beverages provided by us. This policy allows us to maintain a focus on Sonoma County’s finest wines and beers, enhancing the guest experience at our vineyard.

Hiring a caterer off our preferred catering list (all other vendors are optional)

Caterers must rent remote kitchen, no use of RRV’s kitchen is allowed
Caterers can use ice machine, water and garbage/recycling dumpsters

EVENT PLANNERS

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable wedding day, we require all couples to hire a professional “day of” or “month of” wedding planner/coordinator from our preferred vendor list. This planner will be responsible for managing the logistics and timeline of your event, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Their role includes coordinating vendors, overseeing the setup, and handling any last-minute details, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your special day at Russian River Vineyards.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many cases of wine do I need to purchase from RRV?

The beverage minimum for weddings is $1,500 including wine and beer.

Can I use my wine club discount on wine?

Yes! As a member of the Russian River Vineyards wine club, you can enjoy discounted pricing on your wine purchases, with savings ranging from 15% to 30% based on your club membership level. However, you must still hit the beverage minimum requirement of $1,500. Please note that a commitment of three additional wine club shipments after your event is required to maintain the discount; otherwise, discount charges will be reversed.

Can we serve alcohol at your venue?

Due to the specific licensing regulations of Russian River Vineyards, only wine and beer are permitted at our venue. Outside alcohol is not allowed.

Can our wedding continue past 10:00 PM?

To comply with Sonoma County’s noise ordinances, events must conclude by 10:00 PM. If you would like to begin your celebration before 5:00 PM, additional hours may be arranged for a fee.

Can I hire a wedding planner or caterer who isn’t on your preferred vendor list?

We are happy to consider planners or caterers outside our preferred list, but we do require a meeting and interview with any potential vendor to ensure they are familiar with the unique needs and requirements of our property. This helps us guarantee a seamless, stress-free wedding experience for you.

Can my dog be part of the ceremony?

We love including furry family members in your special day! If you would like your dog to be part of the ceremony, please ensure they remain on a leash at all times. Dogs cannot be left tied up or in a vehicle on the property and should ideally be removed from the venue after the ceremony. Contact the Events Coordinator to discuss including your dog in your celebration.

POLICIES

Hard cut off at 10:00 PM. No exceptions
No amplified outdoor music over 70 dBA
Live musicians must be pre-approved by RRV Management
RRV Tasting Room will remain open until 6:00 PM. If you would like to begin your celebration before 5:00 PM, additional hours may be arranged for a fee
The Tasting Room will be set up on the Upper Crush Pad and either the Farmhouse Patio or the Redwood Grove, depending on which location is not being used for the wedding dinner
