Wine Club Guide
1. Wine Club Selection Email
You will receive an email from our Wine Club Manager Amanda in early January, April, July, and October. It will feature 3 to 4 new released wines. You will be directed to login to your wine club account.

2. Log Into Your Club Account
Once you are logged into your account, you can check and make sure all your account information is up to date. Always confirm your address! Then select “Club List” on the left hand side.​

3. Select Your Wines
Click on “Select Wines” button. This will take you to the wine selection page. There will be a few wines that you can select from by toggling the numbers up or down to however many you want of each (you are not limited to only the number of the club you are in (For example: 6 Bottle Members can get more then 6).

There are preselected wines based on a Club and price tier, if you do not want some of those wines make sure you toggle them to 0! Otherwise, when it gets processed those wines will be added or charged.

​​​If you are planning to skip a shipment allocation, or would like to customize your selection with other wines, you have to reach out via email at wineclub@russianrivervineyards.com or fill out the form that will be attached to the Wine Club email.
By toggling everything to 0 and submitting you will not be skipped.

Someone will respond that you have been opted out of the shipment for confirmation.

4. Review and Confirm
​​Confirm your contact information, shipping address, and payment information is correct. It becomes very difficult to adjust addresses once UPS has it (and there might be a fee)

Someone over the age of 21 years old has to be there to sign for alcohol, we can usually have it held at local UPS Stores or businesses (as long as its public and someone is 21), but some UPS Stores have their own policies, so we suggest checking them before making that your preferred shipping location.

Add any important information in the order notes before submitting that you think we should know.

Customizing Wine Selection Orders
​​Though our club selection page might not display all our wines, if you would like specific wines instead, please reach out to wineclub@russianrivervineyards.com with your preferred wines. This can be as simple as saying “I want 6 bottles of the 2023 Dutton Sauvignon Blanc” with your name and our manager will customize it for you!

Important Reminders

By submitting the selections, you are not being charged until the manager processes the submission and you should receive a seperate receipt email.

A week after the intial email has been sent, our Manager will send out a Reminder Email with the final date to make customizations and selections.

A week after the reminder email gets sent out, our manager will automatically process all the orders that have not been submitted, opted-out, or customized.

Please note that if you have not submitted this order or submitted a skip request after the designated auto-processing date, the wine changes will not be adjusted.

Orders will be shipped out as soon as possible (weather permitting, delayed requests, etc.)
